Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Harbor Banking Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 116 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for account openings. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
