Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Juniper Foods Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for allergen controls. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
