Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Lumen West Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Cincinnati. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for client records. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
