Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Loom Medical Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 187 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for clinical evaluations. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
