Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Lumen Meridian Foods Group produces packaged foods at its Hartford plant. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for production batches. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
