Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Amberfield Pike Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around St. Louis, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
