Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Lumen Cobalt Medical is a Anchorage company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 392 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for training materials. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
