Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Loom Insurance and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for claims. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
