Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Clearpath Sparrow Care Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for visit scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for visit scheduling. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
