Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Cedar Birch Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around San Diego. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for fare systems. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
