Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Keystone Inspection Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for equipment calibration. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
