Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Harborlight Nest Insurance is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for catastrophe response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 336 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for catastrophe response. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
