Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood North Pharma and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for clinical studies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
