Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Amberfield Loom Pharma Partners is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for batch records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for batch records. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with quality documentation. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
