Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Westbrook Keystone Inspection Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for certifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for certifications. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
