Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind West Transit Planning and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for fare systems. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
