Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Lumen Clear Care Services supports families and individuals in Wichita with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 560 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for client records. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
