Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Rivermark Haven Pharma develops and makes medicines in Albuquerque. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 115 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for cleanroom operations. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
