Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Nova West Environmental Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for fleet maintenance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 932 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for fleet maintenance. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with collection routes. • Certification in compliance or audit.
