Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Redstone Mill Civic Services supports public agencies in Milwaukee with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for constituent requests. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
