Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Northwind Thistle Insurance is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for catastrophe response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for catastrophe response. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
