Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Vale Water Authority Partners and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for capital projects. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with water quality. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
