Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Westbrook North Pharma Group supports drug development and manufacturing around Atlanta, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 160 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for release testing. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
