Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Summit Meridian Foods Group produces packaged foods at its Columbus plant. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for cold storage. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
