Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Greenridge Harbor Care Services provides in-home and community support in Cincinnati, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for family communication. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
