Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline River Construction and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for change orders. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
