Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Ember Water Authority and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 180 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for treatment plant data. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with water quality. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
