Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Harborlight Vale Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Richmond. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 115 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for regulatory reports. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
