Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Redstone Harbor Energy Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for outage response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for outage response. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
