Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Nova Oak Foods Partners is a Houston food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 61 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for cold storage. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
