Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Raleigh, NC)

We are growing our team at Lumen Linden Foods and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for production batches. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
