Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Raleigh, NC)

Summit Sable Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Raleigh, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for account servicing. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with payment disputes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
