Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Raleigh, NC)

Foxglove Stone Transit Planning Group is a transit-planning firm in Raleigh working with agencies and riders, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for route schedules. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
