Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Raleigh, NC)

Highbridge Fern Energy is an energy provider in Raleigh focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for hardship programmes. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
