Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Raleigh, NC)

Cedar Nest Financial Holdings is a financial-services company in Raleigh. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 156 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for payment disputes. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with loan applications. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
