Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Raleigh, NC)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Ivory Care Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 145 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for client records. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
