Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Providence, RI)

We are growing our team at Lumen Orchard Telecom and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 149 people based in Providence. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for service installations. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
