Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Providence, RI)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Field Water Authority and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in Providence. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for capital projects. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
