Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Providence, RI)

Redstone Field Medical is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for complaint handling. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with clinical evaluations.
