Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Providence, RI)

Redstone Clear Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Providence. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for ridership counts. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
