Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Portland, OR)

Cedar Wren Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Portland design routes and schedules, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 94 people based in Portland. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for survey data. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
