Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Portland, OR)

Nova Stone Environmental Services Group collects and processes waste and recycling around Portland. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 85 people based in Portland. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for landfill records. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
