Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Portland, OR)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Ember Water Authority and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for capital projects. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
