Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Portland, OR)

Harborlight Fern Telecom is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Portland. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for billing accounts. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with outage reports. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
