Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Portland, OR)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Willow Pharma and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 584 people based in Portland. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for quality documentation. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
