Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Portland, OR)

Clearpath Civic Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for constituent requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for constituent requests. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with procurement. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
