Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Portland, OR)

Redstone Keystone Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Portland. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in Portland. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for route schedules. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
