Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Portland, OR)

Harborlight Sparrow Environmental Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for service complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for service complaints. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with landfill records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
