Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Portland, OR)

Cedar Wren Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Portland, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for meter readings. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
