Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Portland, OR)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Ember Financial Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for payment disputes. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
